What makes the UUC Motorwerks short shifter kit so good is the engineering and attention to fine details, many different points that add up to tremendous differences in how the unit works and feels.

This is how this car should have shifted from the factory! The sloppy factory shifting was a HUGE disappointment. My only complaint with the UUC shifter was 1 - the instructions for removing the carrier weren't updated for my 2011's slightly different rear bushing mounting (it's pressed in, not bolted on) and 2 - I had to modify the carrier by filing the slots because the screw holes on the cup didn't align. Other than those 2 minor issues assembly went as per the instructions. If you own a E90/92 M3, you need this!
