From its inception in 1977, Wilwood Engineering has been at the forefront of high performance disc brake technology. Wilwood calipers are found in virtually every professional and motorsport arena, and often found in the winner's circle.

Wilwood incorporates a variety of innovative and time proven performance enhancements in its caliper designs. They include forged or high-strength billet construction, high temperature seals, SRS Squeal Reduction and bridge reinforcement plates, internal heat shields, quick access pad retention, shock dampened fluid tubes, and center bridge bolts (features vary by model).

Our newest offering is the UUC 2-piece rotors. Designed around race-proven racing disks and aluminum rotor hats, these rotors make professional race performance affordable.

A 2-piece rotor design saves weight and allows the disk portion to expand radially with heat, seperate from the cooler mounting hat. This reduces stress-induced deformation of the disk due to differences in temperature between disk and hat. The net result is more effective braking and longer lifespan of pad and rotor components.
