Provided in a 22mm front and chioce of 16mm or 19mm rear combination with spherical bearing link components, urethane bushings, and bracket reinforcement, the E30 SwayBarbarian is optimized for use in NASA Spec E30 and BMW CCA Club Racing. It is also a great product for installation in a standard street car format for enhanced handling and performance

What do Anti-Roll Bars do?

UUC SwayBarbarians improve handling by minimizing the lateral traction-robbing body "lean" that rolls part of the outside tires off the pavement. By replacing the narrow OEM bars and rubber bushings with larger diameter (stiffer) alloy steel bars and polyurethane bushings. More roll stiffness means more roll resistance and less body "lean", and the tires stay flatter on the pavement (maintaining a larger contact patch). The result is more lateral grip and added chassis control.

UUC SwayBarbarians are cold-formed using custom-built precision bending equipment. Laser-cut bar ends and positive-stop bushing retainers are MIG welded in place using a precise fixture for an exact fit.

The SwayBarbarian for the E30 3-series offers a unique set of technical features, including:

• Powdercoated chromoly steel bar material.

• Fixed-position front mounting, 3-position adjustable rear mounting.

• Positive-stop rear bushing guides to ensure bar stays in place.

• Race-spec spherical bearing adjustable front and rear end links for precision operation and tuning for height and corner balancing.

Superior Materials

We use the highest-quality materials in our product manufacturing process, and follow a rigorous testing regimen to ensure the final release is the strongest, most durable product possible. Chromoly steel for the bars themselves, aircraft-grade urethane for the bushings, and professional racing-quality links and bracket pieces are all standard parts of the package.

Adjustability

• In compliance with SpecE30 race rules, the front bar has a single-position fixed mounting point.

• The rear bar uses a multi-hole (3-hole) system which allows for fine tuning of the chassis balance.

Powdercoated Finish

A silver powdercoat is applied for a smooth, long lasting finish. This durable finish allows the bars, when properly installed with polyurethane bushings and grease, to deliver long term performance with minimal maintenance.

Genuine Aurora Bearing link components are used for precision race control, yet are durable enough for long-term quiet street use.

Polyurethane Bushings

The E30 SwayBarbarian includes replacement polyurethane bushings, which are built to "aircraft spec" (literally - our urethane fabrication facility uses the same material and production guidelines as they do for Boeing). This results in a durable bushing that will not disintegrate and has extended re-lubrication intervals for long-lasting, quiet results.
