Eric further comments:
"I
started dating my Girlfriend of 6+ years the weekend after I picked up
this car. I am by no means a ladies man, however after a night
out on the town being piloted by the M3, she said yes and we started
'going steady'. She even pretended not to notice that I was still
learning to drive it (not the best way to woo a girl). To this
day, I still joke that the car is the only reason she is with me.
Otherwise, it's a great car -
it has over 230k miles! (purchased at 160k). I've done all the
work on it myself with friends and family. I don't know another
car this age that can be this fun and reliable. I've met many
friends because of this car (Bimmerforums, BMWCCA) and my day to day
life has changed as it has allowed me to become even more of an
enthusiast than I ever would have expected."

OWNER: Andrés Pétur Guðfinnsson. of Iceland.
Year of the car: 1991

"I have owned it
from 2008
Modifications: What I have done to the car is put complete parts from a
BWW 850 CSI. That would me a S70 V12 engine, manual transmission. Big
brakes, complete respray, 18" Hamann PG1 wheels, Eibach Lowering
springs. Bilstein B6 shocks, The car looks like a complete CSI for now
and there will be many modifications coming.
Other info: When I was 13 me and my mom were going to Pizza hut and I
hear some guys talking really loud. I look back and see tha e31
standing there with 3 very scary guys sitting in it. " of them were
drunk as crazy. My moms says: come son, lets get away from those crazy
guys.
Few weeks later my mom tells me her old friend from School called her
and was coming for a visit.
Later that day I was just playing around and that car drives up to our
property and I just think I will **** my pants. 3 scary guys come out
of it and ask if my mom (ask for her name) lived here.
I say yes.
Then i turns out those are the friends. The adults go and have fun with
BBQ and stuff while I am just hypnotised by the car. It is amazing.
After many minutes of admiring I go up to the guy ad tell him: When you
are ready to sell call me.
Years fly by and 5 years later he calls my mom. She tells me if I want
the car it is for sale. It took me a second to say: Im on my way.
I didnt care about anything. I had a fkn amazing sporty looking car and
loved the way it looks, drives and so on.
. I had been working on the car for 4 years when I saw a auction of a
crashed CSI in the UK. I decided to bid on it and won. Then for the
first time I came to London, bought the car and had it shipped to
Poland where my car is. flew to Poland, got the car to the mechanic
along with my 850 and said to him to swap it all into my car and paint
it.
My future plans for the car are to put a supercharger, modify the
suspension and some proper clutch with lightening it."
